All Free Tools implements appropriate technical, administrative, andorganizational measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.

Data Retention

Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including service delivery, security monitoring, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our policies and agreements.

Uploaded files and generated output files are stored temporarily to provide requested functionality and download availability. Most files are deleted automatically shortly 1 after processing. Depending on the tool being used, files may be removed within approximately 1 hour, 2hours, 6 hours, or another shorter retention period.

Regardless of the specific tool used, all uploaded files and generated output files are permanently deleted from our systems within a maximum period of twenty-four(24) hours and cannot be recovered after deletion.

Certain technical logs, analytics records, security records, and legally required information may be retained for longer periods where necessary to comply with applicable laws, protect platform security, prevent abuse, investigate violations, or fulfill regulatory obligations.

Further information about retention time

Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for and may be retained for longer due to applicable legal obligation or based on the Users’ consent.
